New York balloon decor, built where the party is

Balloon Arch New York designs and builds balloon decor for birthdays, showers, weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, graduations, quinceañeras, corporate events and store openings across the five boroughs. We focus on the pieces that change a room: arches, organic garlands, balloon walls, columns, backdrops and custom installations.

Each project starts with the details that matter here: the date, the address, the colors and the space you really have, plus the stairs, the elevator and whatever your building or venue requires. We design around all of it, send a written quote, then carry everything in, build on-site and come back to strike it when the night is over.

New York weather and New York buildings are part of the job. We plan rooftop and stoop builds around summer sun, winter cold and wind, keep balloons away from radiators, and we'll tell you straight when something belongs indoors.
